Impact Learning Communities offer first-year undergraduate students an opportunity to create connections through courses to help with the college transition. Students enroll in 2+ courses as a cohort to experience smaller classes, build deeper connections with faculty, and receive support from a peer mentor.
惇蹋圖 faculty of all career tracks are eligible to teach in an ILC. Faculty teaching an ILC course earn a stipend for collaborating with the ILC team to develop an integrative assignment, plan an enrichment activity, and incorporate the peer mentor in community courses.
