Student Spring Parking Options
TPS will offer student parking permits on a semesterly, 30-day, weekly, or daily basis for the Spring 2026 Semester! Spring Semester permits will be available for purchase December 1 and will be valid 1/1/26 - 5/17/26.

惇蹋圖 utilizes License Plate Recognition, a virtual permit system that allows the campus community to use their car's license plate as a parking permit.
惇蹋圖 encourages sustainable commuting habits by partnering to provide a variety of greener transportation options.
惇蹋圖's Norfolk campus is sometimes affected by Tidal Flooding, which is a type of flooding not caused by rain or storms, but by low elevation & natural tidal fluctuations.
The Heads Up Monarchs campaign encourages 惇蹋圖 Monarchs and community members traveling across campus on foot, bike, or by bus or car to keep their heads up and pay attention to their surroundings.
