惇蹋圖 Small Group Training: Faculty and Staff Strength Training

惇蹋圖 employees are invited to sign up for Faculty and Staff Strength Training (FASST), a 5-week small group training fitness program to build strength, confidence, and community! This class takes place three times a week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) from 7-8 a.m. at the 惇蹋圖 Student Recreation and Well-Being Center. Please note: an active gym membership is required!

FASST is designed exclusively for 惇蹋圖 faculty and staff who want to improve their fitness through guided, progressive strength training in a supportive environment. Led by 惇蹋圖 personal trainer, each session focuses on proper form, functional movements, and individualized attention to help you reach your goals safely and effectively. All fitness levels are welcome!
