Student Health Insurance Policy

  • ±¬ÁÏ¹Ï requires every F-1 student to purchase the ±¬ÁÏ¹Ï United Healthcare Student Health Insurance Policy. This insurance is mandatory.
    • Medical costs in the U.S. are extremely high, and there are no government programs to cover expenses if an F-1 student needs to see a doctor or be hospitalized.
    • Purchasing health insurance helps protect you against the high cost of health care and ensures that medical costs will not keep you from attending classes.
  • You will need to purchase health insurance at the time of registration.
